Online sessions, including the shared whiteboard, are recorded and transcribed so our team can review a session if a problem is reported. Only admins can see recordings. The student and tutor can read the transcript only while a report made during their session is being reviewed. An AI written summary of each recorded session is shown to the student, the tutor and any linked parent. Recordings are deleted after 90 days and transcripts after six months. Students can turn recording off in Settings. Tutors must allow it while tutoring. A session without a recording has no transcript or AI summary, and a later dispute may be harder to resolve.
